ATTENDEE


This is strictly a 19+ event. You must be nineteen (19) years of age or older with valid government issued photo identification to enter the event. Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder who does not have the valid identification or is suspected to be under nineteen (19) years of age. No ticket refunds will be issued to those not admitted or ejected from the event.


The holder of this ticket ("Holder") voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show (“Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show ”) Exposition on February 15, 2019 at the Capital Plaza Hotel (the "Event"), whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event. Holder voluntarily agrees that Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show & Capital Plaza Hotel, any exhibitors at the Event ("Exhibitors"), any partners of the Event ("Partners") and all of their respective affiliates, agents, officers, directors, shareholders, owners and employees are expressly released by Holder from any claims arising from any such causes.


Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other Event rules and regulations that may be implemented by Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show from time to time and at any time. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this ticket license.


NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.


Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. If issued complimentary, this ticket shall not be exchangeable. Ticket Holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the Event or any of its content, speakers, Exhibitors, Sponsors, staff, volunteers or agents for which this ticket is issued for commercial purposes. Holder acknowledges that the Event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such Event including, without limitation, any photographs that may be reproduced on Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show website at any time and from time to time after the Event. Ticket Holder agrees to all terms and conditions associated with this ticket by using it to gain entry into the Event. In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the Event.


EXHIBITOR


It is illegal to distribute, consume or purchase any THC products at the Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show Show. Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show abides by the laws in each location our Shows are produced.  All vendors must also comply with the city, venue and Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show rules regarding sales, promotion of and business in regards to any marijuana products.


We hold our Expo at the highest level of professionalism and above all the law. Thus, it is critical that exhibitors operate within the confines of the host cities Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws/regulations. This applies to all company delegates and hired employees. If you have any questions you can contact show management or refer to government websites.

Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show recommends all exhibitors have a $2,000,000 minimum in liability insurance and have proof of insurance. To secure proof of insurance simply phone your insurance provider and ask for a certificate naming: Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show., the Show name, current facility and city of the Show. There should be no additional cost from your insurance provider for this service. NOTE: This is an official request. If proof of insurance is not supplied, Tennessee Hemp/CBD Show will not be held liable.

In accordance with the Cannabis Act cannabis cannot be displayed or given out by exhibitors on the expo floor. Any exhibitor found to be displaying or giving out cannabis will be asked to leave the show. Products containing CBD are subject to all of the rules under the Cannabis Act. Natural health products, veterinary health products, and cosmetics will not be permitted to contain more than 10ppm CBD.  The Cannabis Act defines cannabis as a cannabis plant and any part of a cannabis plant produced by, or found in, such a plant, regardless of whether that part has been processed or not, other than a non-viable seed, root, a mature stalk without leaf or branch, or fiber derived from the stalk. It is illegal to sell any part of the plant or any oil, seed or byproduct of the plant that contains THC at the show.


Show Management or Venue will not be responsible for injury to persons, loss or damage of products, exhibits, equipment or decorations by fire, accident, theft or any other cause while in the show building or its environs.
